Former Manchester City assistant manager Brian Kidd, who has currently been placed as the caretaker manager at the club, has said that the season that just concluded has been a failure for the team.

Manchester City has defeated Sunderland in a Premier League match played at Etihad Stadium on Saturday. City won the match quite comfortably by 3-0. This was the fourth victory for City in the ongoing Premier League.

Manchester City is currently at no. 3 in the Premier League points table. The City team has played 7 matches in the competition so far out of which the team hasn’t lost even a single match. The team has won four and the remaining three has finished in the form of a draw.

CITY TAKE COMMUNITY CROWN

Manchester City has won the community shield by defeating Chelsea by 3-2 on 12th of August. The City players scored all the three goals in the second half of the match.

Manchester City have said that the reports linking Edin Dzeko with a move to Italian club AC Milan are untrue. The 24-year-old has been linked with a move away from the club after failing to secure a first-team spot under Roberto Mancini last season.
